Yes. Get Standard or Pro on its own, and add floor design and reservations whenever you need them.

Mizi is not hotel-management software, but a restaurant or café inside a hotel can use Mizi’s digital menu and reservations.

Building the menu takes as long as your menu does, and you can start the same day. Once you ask to publish, the Mizi team activates the menu during working hours.

A mobile number to sign up, your venue’s name and your current menu: item names, prices and, if you have them, photos.

You enter it in the panel yourself: categories, items, prices and photos. There is no automatic import from a file or a photo of a menu yet; if you need help, contact support.

Not yet. You draw the floor plan with Mizi’s layout tool: spaces, zones and tables.

Building a menu in the panel is simple and needs no separate training. If you get stuck, Mizi support answers Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00.

The QR menu, the panel and online reservations all need the internet; without a connection guests cannot open the menu and changes are not published.

No. Guests open the menu on their own phones, and you download a print-ready QR file in A5 and A6 sizes from the panel.

Yes. Menu content can be authored and published in Persian and English. The venue remains responsible for translation quality and the accuracy of prices, allergens, and nutrition information.

No. The QR menu opens in the guest’s phone browser, with no app to install.

Not today. The guest QR menu depends on international internet.

A change is made in a draft first; once published, guests see the new version at once.

Opening hours, duration, party size, real capacity, and existing bookings or sessions contribute. The public path exposes only whitelisted resources that are actually reservable.

No. Mizi is not CRM software; it keeps only the information a reservation needs.

Standard Menu, Menu Pro and reservations each have a published monthly price, and multi-month subscriptions carry a term discount. The amount for each term is on the pricing page.

Yes. Add floor design and reservations to an active menu at any time; reservations need a published floor plan.

The current discount depends on the subscription term, and its percentage is shown on each price card; discounts are not added together. Any special offer appears on that same card with its end date.

The menu and venue information are kept on Mizi’s servers, and only your venue’s panel users, with the role the owner assigns, can reach them.

Only people on your team whose role covers reservations see a guest’s booking details.

Yes. Each person signs in with their own mobile number, and the owner assigns their role and access.

Yes. Mizi support signing in to your account is recorded, and sensitive actions can be traced.
